As a past corporate executive, stay-at-home mom, business owner, divorcée, breast cancer survivor, and widow, Lauren dedicates herself to helping women make wise financial decisions when facing life’s many challenges.
Prior to joining EP Wealth, Lauren was the president of Klein Financial Advisors for nearly two decades. Since 2003, Klein Financial Advisors had been dedicated to educating and empowering women and their families to achieve financial success and security.
Lauren graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, earning a B.S., Pepperdine University, earning a MBA and University of California, Irvine, where she earned a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CERTIFIED DIVORCE FINANCIAL ANALYST, Enrolled Agent designations.
Lauren is a NAPFA-Registered Financial Advisor and member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), as well as a member of the Nazrudin Project – a group of financial planners who focus on the emotional and psychological issues related to money. Committed to contributing to the Orange County community, she has served on several non-profit boards, including FPA-OC, Jewish Federation and Family Services of Orange County and the Heritage Pointe memory care and assisted living community. She currently serves on the Advisory Board at the Jewish Community Foundation of Orange County and the American Jewish Committee. Lauren is an avid reader, theater-goer, and traveler, and she enjoys spending time with her two adult children and four teenage grandchildren.
