Michelle McCafferty is committed to enhancing and retaining client relationships, striving to meet clients’ needs efficiently and respectfully. She assists in onboarding clients, money movement, account changes, opening new accounts, and more. Her background in customer service has equipped her with the skills to handle both good and bad times adeptly, making each client interaction rewarding.
With over 30 years in customer service and administrative roles, Michelle has a rich history of managing complex client relations and organizational tasks. Her experiences range from supporting physicians in a hospital emergency room to managing legal documents and schedules for active attorneys.
She studied Health Sciences at Northern Kentucky University, completing 27 credit hours, and pursued Business Administration at Thomas More University with 24 credit hours. She is a Certified Notary Public in the State of Kentucky.
Outside of work, Michelle cherishes spending time with her family, especially her new granddaughter. She loves traveling with friends, reading by the pool and is always on the lookout for new adventures, both personally and professionally.
