Jennifer serves as Client Relationship Manager, leading initiatives in striving to exceed client expectations on a daily basis by providing a seamless experience for functions including onboarding, money movements, and transitions such as marriage, death and divorce. Having grandparents who were small business owners, she developed an early appreciation of the importance of learning about customers, providing great service and understanding the value of a dollar. To Jennifer, the financial services industry combined the best of those worlds.
Of her nearly two decades in the wealth management industry, 15 have been dedicated to client service. Over those years, Jennifer has gained in-depth knowledge in many areas of the industry, including as a relationship specialist at Charles Schwab. This experience allows her to excel as a team member, leader and client advocate.
Jennifer holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Florida.
A wife and mother of two young boys, Jennifer’s personal time these days is occupied with soccer practice, birthday parties and lots of dirt! When time allows, she enjoys outdoor fun like paddle boarding, biking and Disney with the family.
